Welcome to the very first blog for our animal hospital! At Dover Shores Pet Care Center, we have been serving as your Costa Mesa veterinarian for a long time now, and we look forward to treating your pets in the future as well! We place your pet's good health and well being as our top priority, and it is important that we prove that to each and every one of the pet parents. Our clinic focuses on being a comfortable, child-friendly, and calming environment where your family (and your pets!) will feel welcome and relaxed.
Our Costa Mesa veterinarian, Dr. Bruce Bauersfeld, provides pet care of all types, including routine care, pet vaccinations, doggy day care services, and dog boarding. We also have dog 
grooming services at Dover Shores Pet Care Center, including bathing, nail trims, ear cleaning, and baths. Our goal is to be able to meet all your pet’s needs, so we are constantly working to provide the highest level of service and to add new services as well.
One of the primary reasons that Dr. Bauersfeld and our staff elected to begin blogging was to reach out to our pet parents with the pet care information they need. The best veterinary care is ongoing nutrition and prevention of problems, and you can do a great deal of that with some simple tips from our staff. We want to share the type of information that will help you keep your pets healthy and happy, and this blog will be one of our primary ways to do so!
We plan to talk about topics such as pet dental care, the services at our animal hospital, and how to maintain a healthy weight for your pet here in our blog. We are all ears if you have any suggestions for our upcoming blogs.
